Butter Chicken is one of the most popular Indian dishes, and very familiar to fans of Indian food. Featuring aromatic golden chunks of chicken in a mild, but highly flavorful tomato-based, creamy sauce, this dish is popular with adults and children alike.
Serve with: rice or Indian Naan bread; Jyoti’s Natural Dal Makhani, and/or chopped kale, sauteed with onion, garlic and a dash of not sauce of your choice
Heating Instructions: Partially thaw in frig or microwave, add to a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Or cut 3 small slits in plastic wrap and heat in microwave until fully defrosted and heated through; microwave cooking times vary.
