Salmon Burgers
Ready-to-cook patties made with a premium blend of Atlantic and Wild Pacific salmon, flash frozen to preserve freshness and flavor. No fillers or additives. Seasoned with a hint of lemon and garlic. Great on the grill, pan fried or baked! 2 pack- 4 oz. per patty.
Pair with: Spiced Potato Wedges; Roasted Broccoli Florets, Green Beans, Salad, Superfood Medley and/or Southwestern Sweet Potatoes
Heating Instructions (from frozen):
GRILL: Preheat grill on high heat and lightly oil grill grates. Cook for 4-6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
PAN FRIED: Lightly spray pan with oil and cook over medium heat for approx. 5 min., turning over halfway through cooking.
BAKE: Place frozen burgers on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 9-11 minutes for convection ovens,18-22 minutes for standard ovens; turn over halfway through cooking.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees; oven cooking times may vary.
