Yuengling® Battered Haddock Fillets
Haddock fillets in a light, crispy batter featuring the distinctive flavor of Yuengling® Lager. Accompanied nicely by potato wedges or fries for a British-style fish and chips meal! Also make an excellent fish sandwich with tartar sauce, or fish tacos, wrapped in a tortilla with salsa, avocado and lettuce. Net wt. 16 oz. (serves 3-4 as an entree.)
Pair with: Spiced Potato Wedges, Peas, Green Beans, and/or Southwestern Sweet Potatoes
Heating Instructions: Cook from frozen.
DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F. Fry for about 6 minutes.
BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 20-22 minutes in a conventional oven / 18-20 min. at 400°F in a convection oven.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum.
