Vegetable Korma
Vegetable Korma is equally adored by those new to Indian cuisine and Indian food fanatics! A mix of cauliflower, peas, carrots, and green beans in a silky cream sauce, korma is one of the mildest Indian curries, but decadent and full of flavor!
Serve with: Basmati Supreme rice or Indian Naan bread; Jyoti’s Masala Chole, and/or chopped spinach, sauteed with onion, garlic and a dash of not sauce of your choice
Heating Instructions: Partially thaw in frig or microwave, add to a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until heated through. Or cut 3 small slits in plastic film and heat in microwave until fully defrosted and heated through; microwave cooking times vary.
Ingredients: Green peas, Cauliflower, Carrots, Green Beans, Canola Oil, Onion, Ginger , Garlic, Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Heavy Cream, Salt, Spices.
