Superfood Medley
A great salad base, side or main dish, the Superfood Medley is a highly nutritious mix of red quinoa, brown Basmati rice, sweet potatoes, spinach, pumpkin seeds and sun-dried tomatoes with a zingy citrus finish.
Serve with: Thaw and top with fresh tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and feta (or your favorite salad fixings) for a salad full of texture, flavor and nutrients, heat and serve as an accompaniment to meat, fish or poultry dishes, or add your favorite protein to make a nutritionally complete one-pot dish.
Heating Instructions: Cut 3 small slits in plastic wrap. Thaw in frig or in microwave. Serve at room temp topped with fresh vegetables as a salad, or microwave until heated through and serve as a side dish.
