Ground Turkey, Green Bean & Basil Stir Fry

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat with olive and toasted sesame oil. When hot, add the ground turkey, salt, and pepper and cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until cooked through (no longer pink), 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. Add the green beans to the wok and cook, tossing often, until tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the sriracha (if using), soy sauce, and basil leaves and cook 2 more minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
