Spiced Potato Wedges
Lightly seasoned frozen potato wedges with some zing! A delicious accompaniment to a main meal.
Cook from frozen- do not defrost first.
Bake: Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Cook on a baking tray in the center of the oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden yellow and crispy.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat the oil to 350°F, cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden yellow and crispy.
Saute: Heat some oil or butter in a frying pan and cook the wedges for about 18-21 minutes turning regularly until golden yellow and crispy.
Pairs with: meats, poultry, seafood, other veggies
Usage suggestion: cooking as directed above, add in our Fire Roasted Onion & Pepper Strips for the last 5 minutes. Finish with black beans, cheese, guacamole, and/or sour cream for nachos of your own creation.
