Crustless quiche featuring hardwood smoked bacon folded into a smooth, satiny quiche custard of whole eggs, Swiss and Monterey Jack cheeses, and fresh herbs. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, light meal or as an hors d’oeuvre when entertaining! Gluten free.

Heating Instructions: Note that oven cooking times vary.

OVEN:From frozen bake in a preheated oven or toaster oven at 375 ºF for 18-20 minutes (for a convection oven bake at 350ºF for 15 - 18 minutes) or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.

MICROWAVE: Thaw completely under refrigeration then heat on high heat 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
