Slow Cooker Turkey Sloppy Joes
An easy dish for both weekdays and weekends as it requires no “babysitting” once the ingredients are in your slow cooker, this is a family-friendly dinner that you can even make ahead of time!
Note: For a vegetarian/vegan sloppy joe, just place our Smoky Black Bean Chili (frozen) in the crockpot with the bell pepper, chile powder and paprika plus 2 cups of our Local Sweet Corn. Heat on low for 2-3 hours until heated through and fragrant. Pile on the bun and top with fresh avocado and tomato, if desired.
