Warm Winter Mango & Ginger Smoothie (with an Optional Ayurvedic Kick!)

mango ginger winter smoothie.jpg

In the winter we all seek out foods that are energizing, warming, and that help address typical winter nutrient deficits, and one this is a superstar!

If you wish to boost the anti-inflammatory properties of your smoothie to help fight off nasty bugs that come your way, we recommend adding a teaspoon of Chai Bar Golden Milk, an Ayurvedic blend of spices, to the mix. You can also add a different kind of kick to the smoothie with a dash of rum, if you choose.
This may be the first warm smoothie you try- probably won't be the last!

  • 1 cup orange juice
