Creamy Mango Smoothie
A smoothie can be a great way to enjoy a healthy dessert, or just a refreshing snack on a warm day. Layer your creamy mango smoothie with granola for a texture blast that will really satisfy!
Serves: 2 as a snack Preparation time: 5 min.
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen mango chunks 
- ⅓ cup chilled coconut milk* 
- ¼ cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, cashew, etc.) 
Optional Ingredients
- granola 
Instructions
Using a high powered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. The mixture will be very thick. Serve immediately.
*Use canned coconut milk. Only use the creamy portion found at the top of the can.
