I love the concept of customization! Allergy and dietary restrictions sometimes have me making more than one meal or one of us really not loving what’s for dinner more often than I’d like. Being able to have the Meal Makers on hand is perfect for nights when I need to jazz up a commonly made dish a bit. I am happy to see a company looking to reduce waste by allowing me to bring my own containers, too. Pinwheel Provisions stands at the forefront of where shopping and truly bespoke meal prep take place. As a single father, I find it challenging to create meals that appease all 3 of my children. With this concept, my family can choose the main protein and I can let the girls pick their sides individually. The combinations seem endless with the meals you can prepare. I also like the idea that there will be "ready dishes" available for when I don’t want to think too much. The thing I absolutely love the most about this concept is the fact that fruits and vegetables will be IQF. I find I waste so much food when I buy fresh. IQF means I can take out exactly what I need for a particular meal and not throw anything away. The fact that meats, poultry, and other proteins will be individually portioned is perfect for when I am only making a meal for myself.

Ok this is really cool! As a college student, it’s refreshing to see a way for me to have quality, healthy meals that don’t take a long time to make. Balancing a busy schedule is hard enough as a student so knowing that I now don’t have to sacrifice healthy, tasty food to keep that balance is amazing! My roommates and I have a variety of dietary restrictions (I have a chronic illness with dietary restrictions, one is vegetarian, and one is just very picky) and I’m so excited to find a business that can accommodate us all and keep us happy and healthy!
