Quick Turkey, Veggies & Pasta Feast:
Everything you need for a complete, delicious crowd-pleaser meal that takes less than 30 min. to get on your table! Lean, juicy and tender turkey tenders sauteed and served over imported Italian Paccheri (wide tube) pasta, tossed with grilled Mediterranean veggies and a Sicilian-style roasted peppers and onions infused tomato sauce. Enjoy a complete, healthy Mediterranean-inspired dinner in no time!
Meal preparation suggestion:
Turkey
Cut the turkey filets into 1" wide tenders
Toss them in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, 1 chopped large garlic clove, salt and pepper (or 2 teaspoons of Sparoza Cooking Blend with Herbs & Lemon Zest)
Saute the tenders over medium high heat for 4-8 min. (depending on the amount of tenders you are cooking) until fully cooked through
Finish with an additional drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and additional salt & pepper to taste
Pasta & Vegs
Cook pasta as directed in package
While pasta is cooking heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil at medium-high heat in a saute pan. When the pan is hot, add the frozen grilled veggies (no need to defrost first); Saute until fully heated through.
Add enough Mom's Roasted Pepper Sauce to the vegetables to lightly coat the amount of pasta you have cooked. Bring the sauce to a boil briefly, then remove from heat.
Top the cooked pasta with the grilled veggies sauce and turkey tenders. Add halved cherry tomatoes,fresh basil, olives, and/or Parmesan cheese, as desired.
