Quick and Easy Turkey Fajitas

These turkey fillets are unbelievable juicy and tender! And the mole sauce? Well, if you’ve ever attempted to make one, you’ll really appreciate this product from Serious Foodie. If you haven’t attempted a mole sauce on your own, know that they typically have dozens of ingredients, and be even more grateful for this one that is bursting with flavor and saving you hours!

Ingredients

Koch’s All-Natural Organic Turkey Fillets
Pinwheel Provisions Fire Roasted Onion and Pepper Strips
Serious Foodie Mirasol Mole Cooking Sauce
Tortillas or lettuce leaves for wrapping
Condiments of your choosing, like avocado, cheese, slices radish, pico de gallo, sour cream…

Instructions

-Remove thawed turkey fillets from packaging and coat generously with Mirasol Mole Cooking Sauce. Place on baking sheet and roast in 425 oven for about 15 minutes, turning to caramelize the sauce in as many spots as possible.

-Meanwhile, heat a sauté pan with a bit of cooking oil. Once hot, add our peppers and onion strips and sauté until heated though. You may add a dash of cumin, chili powder, or a squeeze of lime to taste. 

-Slice the turkey fillets into thin strips and assemble your fajitas with the peppers and onions in the tortilla of your choice - or a lettuce leaf if you’re watching carbs or gluten!
